I am a Exercise physiologist and Nutritionist. I
provide exercise/nutrition consultations and plans as well as myth busting
education on the subject. I started as an football and track athlete in high
school, but I really got interested in human optimization and performance
after college when training in Mixed Martial arts.
It was then I fell into a
rabbit hole and realized how effective proper nutrition was for optimizing
health and performance. This inspired me to pursue a career in exercise
physiology and nutrition. Martial arts is something I currently still do and
compete in. Therefore I practice what I preach and have been
experimenting with different goals and regiments on myself.
I have dealt
with clients with different goals, and have been in this field for more than 7
years. Besides martial arts, I like to travel, learn about different cultures and
history. I am also a big Star Wars fan, as well as other franchises.
